Labiaplasty is a bone fide plastic surgery procedure for ADULT women who have issues with enlarged or hypertrophic external labia (nothing to do with vaginal tightening or female circumcision …). Hormonal changes and post pregnancy are mostly the reasons why the labia become enlarged causing frequent thrush, difficulty in sexual intercourse , discomfort during exercise etc .  Referring to the Daily Mail link below: to offer this procedure to teenagers is very disconcerting and it would be interesting to examine the reasons they were considered for surgery)
